What is DiSC Profiling
With DiSC Profiling your coach will produce a personalised report based on the DiSC Personality System. The DiSC personality system is the universal language of behaviour. Research has shown that behavioural characteristics can be grouped together in four major groups. People with similar styles tend to exhibit specific behavioural characteristics common to that style. All people share these four styles in varying degrees of intensity. The Acronym for DiSC stands for the four personality styles represented by the Letters:
-
D = Dominant, Driver
-
I = Influencing, Inspiring
-
S = Steady, Stable
-
C = Correct, Compliant
How can DiSC Profiling help you?
You will identify you own style and recognise possible areas of conflict and sympathy with other styles. It will help you better understand yourself and significantly improve your communication with others (relationship, co-workers, authority, social environment, etc..).
DiSC Profiling will be useful in the following situations:
-
If you are in search of a new career path, DiSC will help you understand the types of jobs that better agree your personality style
-
If you have relationship issues, it will help you understand why conflicts arise and how to avoid them
-
If you feel you are not being valued or recognised for your performance at work, it will help you get a different perspective over concrete situations

Should you book a DiSC-specific Session?
Yes you need to book a DiSC specific session. Prior to the session your coach will send you the test with instructions to fill it out, which you will return 48 hours prior to your coaching session date. Upon completion of your coaching session you will receive a 17-page report about your specific personality type, the intensity level you score of each style and its interpretation.
