You can choose to download Skype on your PC, Tablet, or SmartPhone. In this example you will learn how to download it on your PC.

Note that you need to be connected to internet in order to download it.

 

 

While downloading Skype, you should have been prompted through the steps of creating an account. If so, skip to Step 3.

 

If not, click here to Create your Skype account.

 

 

You will need to sign-up very time you wish to use skype. To sign-up, you need to locate the         Skype logo on your Desktop or on the horizontal menu bar at the bottom of your screen, and double click on it to open the program.

Then you will be prompted to enter your user ID and Password created under Step 2.

 

 

1. Add the Contact person you wish to call 

 

2. Your contact is online (available to talk) only if the green icon         appears next to their name.

 

3. Click on                                         to start a call.

 

4. If you do not wish to be seen on Video and only wish to use Audio, click on:

               (Video OFF) or            (Video ON).
